Pre - Event

02 Venue Scouting (Optional):
Depending on your needs, we may visit your event space to assess lighting, acoustics, and potential shooting locations.
03 Equipment Selection:
We'll select the appropriate cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure the highest quality production for your event.
04 Storyboard & Shot List (For Video)
We can collaborate on a storyboard outlining key scenes and a shot list detailing specific captures
Event Day
01 Setup & Coordination
Our team will arrive well in advance to set up equipment discreetly and ensure a smooth workflow. We'll coordinate with event organizers and other vendors to minimize disruption.
02 Videography & Photography
Our experienced videographers and photographers will capture all the essential moments, from arrivals and speeches to candid interactions and stage performances.
03 Audio-Visual (AV)
If you require AV services, we'll ensure high-quality sound reinforcement, projection screens, and live feed management (if applicable).
Post -Production
01 Video Editing

02 Photo Editing

03 Delivery
